Every conversation finds its job. When Crewloop is sure, it files the conversation on the job. When it isn't, it asks one person, with one click.

Some recorders have no connection of their own. Anything they can save or send comes in through one of four doors, and is matched like a call.
A call, a site visit, a meeting or an email thread becomes one record: who was on it, when, which line it came in on, and the words your recorder wrote down. Crewloop keeps no audio.
Sensitive details are removed before anything is saved.
Once a conversation has its job, Crewloop writes a note into that job's folder in your own Google Drive or OneDrive: who, when, what was decided, and what is still open. Your copy, yours to keep.
Notes to your CRM or job software are planned, not in the first release: Attio first, then PSA, Encircle and JobNimbus.
